Biography

As a Project Consultant, Fred brings over 30 years of real estate experience within multiple verticals to DJM Realty. Fred primarily works on dispositions and new business development. Fred has successfully managed numerous dispositions for clients including Farmer Jack, Food Lion, Minyard's, Roundy's and Winn-Dixie.

Fred was most recently VP of Properties and Administration at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, where he was in charge of the development, management and leasing of company-owned or controlled shopping center locations totaling over one million square feet. He was responsible for the leasing / disposition of excess locations, real estate-oriented corporate financings and major corporate divestitures and acquisitions.
