Joint venture with Rainbow Apparel and Simply Fashion to purchase all 230 stores including inventory and fixed assets with Gordon Brothers Group in Norstan Bankruptcy. Disposed of all non-core assets. Advised C & S in acquisition of Grand Union and Fleming Foods.
